Had a great weekend camping at a charming watermill. The campsite was clean and well-maintained. Loved that the farm and the eggs were organic, and the cows were from Ireland. The donkeys were adorable and added to the rustic charm. The owners, Bruno and Beatrice, were friendly and approachable. The campsite was quiet, except for some occasional road noise. The location was perfect for a peaceful retreat. The charges were very reasonable. a laid-back and stress-free camping experience with spacious plots.
They no longer served evening meals at the mill, which was a bit of a disappointment. Bruno mentioned a wild water swimming pool project, but it seemed like a future plan rather than an immediate feature.

Spent a delightful Christmas at this beautiful campsite. Loved the serene atmosphere and the farm with its friendly animals. the site offers excellent value for money with clean facilities and spacious pitches. the best part was enjoying the delicious organic eggs from their own farm. the location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. the owners are very welcoming and helpful.
There were no on-site dining options when we were there, which was disappointing. And although noise levels were generally low, occasional sounds from the road could be heard.
